For 38 years, Bob Opsahl has anchored the news at WFTV Channel 9 Eyewitness News, Orlando’s ABC affiliate. He has covered decades worth of historic Florida events such as the Challenger explosion, Hurricane Andrew, the 2000 presidential election debacle and the Casey Anthony trial. Bob’s last day anchoring the evening news will be Wednesday, May 25.
